How to Order

You may choose one of the following ways to place an order with ChemShuttle. We will email confirmation to you normally within one business day.

1. Email your PO to Sales@ChemShuttle.com

2. Fax your PO to 510.999.8902

3. Order online at our SSL encrypted secure e-commerce website www.ChemShuttle.com. For payment method at checkout page, you may select check, wire or credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. A flat charge for shipping and handling will be added at checkout. Please email your certificate if you are tax-exempt and we will refund the applicable tax to you.

Payment Methods

You may choose one of the following payment methods.

1. Check or Money Order. Make check payable to ChemShuttle and mail to ChemShuttle, 3916 Trust Way, Hayward, CA 94545.

2. Wire transfer. Bank info will appear on the invoice. Please note that Customer shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees and related bank payment charges.

3. Credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please call us or email/fax your credit card authorization form. 

 

Payment Term

We accept NET30  upon credit approval. 

A finance charge will be assessed for failure to meet payment due dates. We will use a rate of 1.5 percent per month to compute finance charges.
