How to Order

You may choose one of the following ways to place an order with ChemShuttle. We will email confirmation to you normally within one business day.

1. Email your PO to PO@ChemShuttle.com

2. Fax your PO to 510.999.8902

3. Order with a credit card online at our SSL encrypted secure e-commerce website www.ChemShuttle.com, or by emailing your credit card authorization form to PO@ChemShuttle.com. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. A flat charge for shipping and handling will be added unless quoted differently. Please email your certificate if you are tax-exempt and we will refund the applicable tax to you. 

Payment Methods

You may choose one of the following payment methods.

1. ACH/Wire transfer. Bank info will appear on the invoice. Please note that Customer shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees and related bank payment charges.

2. Check. Make check payable to ChemShuttle and mail to ChemShuttle, PO Box 1536, San Mateo, CA 94401.

3. Credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please order directly online or email Sales@ChemShuttle.com to request credit card authorization form or a secure payment link to pay with credit card.

Payment Term

We accept NET30  upon credit approval. 

A finance charge will be assessed for failure to meet payment due dates. We will use a rate of 1.5 percent per month to compute finance charges.

Not for human or veterinary use.

All products are for research and development use only, not for any other uses, and must be handled by technically-qualified persons.

These products are explicitly not intended to be used in foods and/or cosmetics and/or drugs (human and veterinary) and/or consumer products and/or biocides and/or pesticides of any kind unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Products are not sold to individuals. We do not ship to residential addresses. Consumer orders will be cancelled without notice.

New customers undergo an internal onboarding process. As part of this process, new customers may be asked for more information. Additional restrictions may apply.
