Stock and Shipping information
1. Stock location
Our products are stocked in San Francisco Bay Area and overseas, and are marked in the stock status section on our website as "Maintained in US stock" or "Maintained in stock", respectively.
2. Ship-from place
1) Products with a US shipping address are usually shipped from San Francisco Bay Area.
2) Products with a Non-US shipping address are usually shipped from overseas.
3. Estimated shipping time
1) If an order has a US shipping address and is in US stock, it usually takes one business day to ship from San Francisco Bay Area.
2) If an order has a US shipping address and is in overseas stock, it usually takes 7-10 days to ship from San Francisco Bay Area.
3) If an order has a non-US shipping address, it usually takes 1~3 business days to ship from overseas.
4. Shipping method
Our default shipping method is FedEx 2nd day for US domestic shipping and FedEx international priority for international shipping, unless requested differently (additional fee may apply).
